Waranty Request/Return Authorization

Do not send pole repairs to LEKI unless you have a Return Authorization (RA) number. RA numbers can be issued by filling out the form below.

When sending back an item for repair/replacement, the RA number must be put on the outside of the box. If the RA number is not on the box, it will be returned to you. Also, please request a tracking number from your carrier. LEKI is not responsible for packages that are unable to be tracked.

When sending poles back to LEKI for warranty repair, please send both poles (if a pair) so we can best repair or replace your poles.
