Happiness often comes from attention to small things, misfortune often from neglecting little things. - Wilhelm Busch
In another year overshadowed by Corona we are reminded that it is often the small things in life that make us happy. Thus, it is so important to pay attention to these little things and not to take them for granted even with the stresses of everyday life. For this reason, we would like to introduce you to a small Swabian tradition. Vespern! In the evening, the whole family comes together for Vespern and everyone has a Vesperbrettle (small snack board) in front of them.
What in other regions and countries is supper, the evening meal or dinner, is for us the cozy Vesper. The necessary Vesperbrettle are made this year by our project partner, an integrative wood workshop. The integrative wood workshop of the Arbeits- und Lebensgemeinschaft Bad Boll e.V. has set itself the goal of supporting people who need support in all areas of life in leading a life that is as self-determined as possible in the midst of society. Participation and inclusion are not theory here, but self-evident practice.
In a joint project, special unique pieces were created, of which we would like to raffle off 75 Vesperbrettle among you.
We wish you and your families a Merry Christmas and good luck and health in the New Year - together with our thanks for the valuable cooperation.
