Our products are designed to last as long as possible – through many trips, seasons and areas of use. A key element of this is their modular design. Rather than replacing an entire pole when it wears out or breaks, numerous individual parts can be easily replaced or repaired. This significantly extends the product’s lifespan and reduces resource consumption and waste.

Replaceable parts include, amongst others, tube sections, grips and straps, tips and baskets, as well as folding and adjustment systems. Thanks to this well-thought-out design, our products can be individually serviced, adjusted and maintained, in keeping with the principles of a sustainable product lifecycle.

This principle applies across all categories: from the Trekking- and Trail running pole about Nordic walking models right through to Poles for Alpine skiing, Cross-country skiing and Ski touring. This is how a product becomes a long-lasting companion for all manner of adventures.

We carry out repairs Poles from all product groups. Regardless of whether it is Fixed length-, Telescopic- or Folding poles In many cases, even heavily used or damaged products can be repaired. As well as repairs, we also offer Spare parts for self-assembly. Our service is complemented by training courses for dealers and importers, as well as direct advice via email or telephone.

HOW DOES LEKI ENSURE THAT PRODUCTS CAN BE REPAIRED WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS?


Repairability is taken into account right from the product development stage. The aim is to create solutions that can be implemented as simply and efficiently as possible, in some cases even by the end user themselves. Technologies such as the FX system enable quick repairs without the need for time-consuming postal returns. In addition, retailers receive targeted training, meaning that many service issues can be resolved directly on site. Mobile repair services at events or in-store round off the offering.
