Speed lock 2 hebel
Den gebrochenen speed lock 2 hebel habe ich mittels ki identifiziert und auf der website des herstellers bestellt. Die bestellung war einfach und die ware wurde pünktlich geliefert. Das ersatzteil passte und der wanderstock ist wieder voll funktionstüchtig. Es hat alles perfekt geklappt. Danke!

Schön, dass auch so kleine Ersatzteile zu erschwinglichen Preisen online erhältlich sind. Hier wird man nicht gezwungen, den ganzen Stock zu kaufen. Gut für den Kunden. Gerne wieder.

Schnelle Lieferung- alles hat gepasst und ich kann meine geliebten Stöcker erst einmal behalten. Klar werde ich mir auch mal neue kaufen, aber dann nur LEKI.

Flexibilität im Umgang mit Kundenerfordernissen
Hallo! Die am 22.9. bestellten Teile passten nicht. Mein Fehler. Der Kundenservice/Frau Fellner reagierte dann prompt auf meine weitere Nachfrage und verhalf über die Nachfrage nach Bildern der alten Hebel schnell & unkompliziert zu einer guten Klärung. Lieferung der neuen Hebel erfolgte ebenfalls zügig. Bin sehr zufrieden, mit inzwischen neu ausgestatteten Stöcken. (-; Eine gute neue Woche & viel Kraft & Weisheit für den Umgang mit dem IT-Ausnahmezustand. Beste Grüße aus dem Norden, Marco Büsing

Funktionalität wieder hergestellt
Kleine Dinge können großes bewirken, auch wenn sie nicht mehr funktionieren. So war mir eine Lasche am Speed Lock Hebel abgebrochen, wodurch ich die Länge der Stöcke nur umständlich justieren konnte. Glücklicherweise gibt es bei Leki die passenden Ersatzteile und jetzt läuft es wieder wie geschmiert.

Ersatzteilbestellung Speed Lock 2 Hebel
Zuerst den Kundenservice angeschrieben, da ich nicht genau wusste, welche Produktnumner das mir fehlende Teil hat. Umgehend fundierte Antwort erhalten, Ersatzteil daraufhin bestellt und innerhalb kurzer Zeig geliefert bekommen. Passt perfekt, die Wanderstöcke waren gerade eine Woche im Dauereinsatz.
