Sweepstakes Policies

Conditions of participation for LEKI competitions

  • Eligible to participate are all natural persons who are at least 18 years old.
  • The sweepstakes is not affiliated with Facebook and Instagram and is in any way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook and Instagram.
  • The draw for the prizes will take place after the closing date for entries. The draw will be made at random.
  • The winner will be informed by a direct message on Instagram. This person must get back to LEKI within 14 days after notification.
  • The prize cannot be paid out in cash.
  • The organizer of the competition is LEKI Lenhart GmbH, Karl-Arnold-Straße 30, D-73230 Kirchheim unter Teck.
  • The participants' data will be treated confidentially and will only be used to determine the winner.
  • If further information on the subject of data protection is desired, this can be requested by e-mail via marketing@leki.de.
  • If the need arises, LEKI Lenhart GmbH reserves the right to adjust, change or cancel the competition.

 

LEKI POLE QUEST - Instagram Giveaway Rules

Organizer
The giveaway is organized by LEKI Lenhart GmbH (“LEKI”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

Contest Period

  • The LEKI POLE QUEST takes place from August 25–29, 2025 in Chamonix during UTMB week.
  • Each day, one prize will be hidden in a secret location.
  • After the official hint post on @leki.trailrunning, participants have exactly 5 hours to find the prize.
  • The official countdown timer will be displayed in the Instagram Story of @leki.trailrunning.
  • Once the time has expired, the item will be removed from its hiding place.

How to participate

  1. Follow @leki.trailrunning on Instagram.
  2. Watch the daily post for the hidden location clue.
  3. Find the hidden quiver within the given timeframe.
  4. Inside the quiver, you will find a voucher with further instructions.
  5. Contact the LEKI team by phone and visit the official LEKI Booth (No. 39) at the UTMB Expo to exchange the voucher and sample pole for your prize.

Prize

  • Each winner will receive one pair of the LEKI ULTRATRAIL FX.ONE SUPERLITE from the upcoming 2026 collection.
  • Available sizes: 110–130 cm (limited quantities).
  • If the required size is unavailable, LEKI will ship the correct size to the winner afterward.
  • The poles provided are sample collection items.

Conditions of Participation

  • Open to individuals aged 18 and above.
  • No purchase necessary.
  • Winners must provide their full name and address to LEKI for prize fulfillment and legal documentation.
  • Only one prize per person during the promotion period.

Exclusions

  • LEKI employees, affiliates, and their family members are excluded from participation.
  • LEKI reserves the right to exclude participants in the event of manipulation, non-compliance, or unfair behavior.

Liability & Data Protection

  • LEKI assumes no liability for injuries, damages, or lost items during the treasure hunt. Participation is at your own risk.
  • Personal data collected (name, address, contact details) will be used exclusively for the purpose of the giveaway and prize distribution, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

Miscellaneous

  • LEKI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time for good cause.
  • Legal recourse is excluded.
  • The place of jurisdiction is Germany.
