3. Update (as at 11/07/26)

We are still in the complex analysis phase. Out of respect for the ongoing analyses and investigations, we can only disclose verified information. At this stage, we are not yet able to make a definitive statement as to whether customer data has been compromised. As soon as we are able to share new, substantiated information, we will provide an update here.

2. Update (as at 07/07/26)

Due to an IT security incident in the form of a cyber attack, LEKI is currently only accessible and operational to a very limited extent. In consultation with the relevant authorities and external teams of experts, we are working flat out to get to the bottom of the matter. All regulatory requirements have been complied with. It is not yet clear whether customer data has been affected. We will provide an update as soon as we have new, reliable information.
