Aufwändiger Austausch der Schlaufe wegen fehlender Information
Als ich mir letztes Jahr den Nordic Walking Stock in der Länge 115 cm im Sportgeschäft gekauft habe, war die Schlaufe S-M-L montiert. Diese Schlaufe war für meine Handgröße gerade noch akzeptabel. Einen Hinweis des Verkäufers, dass es auch eine Schlaufe M-L-XL gibt, erfolgte nicht. Als ich dann bei kälterer Witterung gezwungen war Handschuhe zu tragen, war dies nur mit auffädeln der Schlaufe, reinschlüpfen und anschließend wieder schwierigem einfädeln des Klettbandes möglich. Dass es auch eine größere Schlaufe gibt, hab ich nur nach umfangreicher Recherche gelernt. Die Lieferung per Online-Bestellung selbst und der Tausch der Schlaufe war unproblematisch, jedoch verbunden mit Mehrkosten (Ersatzschlaufe plus Versandkosten). Durch eine bessere Beratung im Sportgeschäft und eindeutigere Beschreibung/Hinweis auf der Website (dort macht es den Eindruck, dass es die Stock-Längen bis 115 nur mit der S-M-L Schlaufe und erst ab 120 mit M-L-XL gibt) hätte der Zusatzaufwand vermieden werden können. Es wird hier ein Produkt-Knowhow vorausgesetzt, welches aber nicht unbedingt vorhanden ist. Ein Hinweis (Zusatzetikett) und/oder flexiblere Handhabung (Anpassung beim Kauf) wären wünschenswert.

Trigger 1 V2 Ersatzschlaufe für Nordic Walking. Stufenlos verstellbar mit Klettband.
Die Schlaufe zu meinen alten Nordic Walking Stöcken waren hinüber. Händler, wie ich haben kaum noch damit gerechnet, dass es noch neue Schlaufen für meine alten Stöcke gibt. Es gibt sie, sie waren auch gar nicht so schwer zu finden. Obwohl sämtliche Händler vor Weihnachten schon Auslieferungs-Stopp hatten, habe ich über Leki direkt die Schlaufen online bestellen können und sie waren, wie versprochen, innerhalb 3 Werktage da. Die Schlaufen sind top, haben sich seit früher etwas verändert, im positiven Sinne, sehen noch stabiler aus, obwohl die alten ja schon bald 20 Jahre alt waren und noch gut hielten, bis jetzt. Ich bin top zufrieden, dass alles ohne Probleme verlief.

Trigger Strap
Nach nunmehr 12 Jahren musste ich die Straps austauschen. Da merkt man dann die gute Qualität der Originalsrapse. Für mich nur das Original.
