5. Update (as at 29 July 26)

The restoration of our online shop is now in its final stages. You’ll soon be able to place orders as usual again. Thank you very much for your patience and understanding.

4. Update (as at 20 July 26)

Following the completion of the IT forensic investigations, we have no evidence to suggest that customer data has been leaked from our online shop or accessed without authorisation. The online shop will be back up and running as normal shortly.

3. Update (as at 11 July 26)

We are still in the complex analysis phase. Out of respect for the ongoing analyses and investigations, we can only disclose verified information. At this stage, we are not yet in a position to make a definitive statement as to whether customer data has been compromised. As soon as we are able to share new, substantiated information, we will provide an update here.

2. Update (as at 7 July 26)

Due to an IT security incident in the form of a cyber attack, LEKI is currently only accessible and operational to a very limited extent. In consultation with the relevant authorities and external teams of experts, we are working flat out to investigate the matter. All regulatory requirements have been complied with. It is not yet clear whether customer data has been affected. We will provide an update as soon as we have new, reliable information.

We are currently investigating an IT security incident and carefully assessing its implications. At this stage, we do not yet have any further reliable findings. Please understand that, whilst the analysis is ongoing, we are unable to share any speculation or unsubstantiated information. We will inform you as soon as we have any new, reliable information.
